Please read before commissioning.
Here are the basic, important points to cover:

• Digital commissions only. These are not physical goods. You will receive your final deliverables by email. If you ordered multiple commissions, you will receive final deliverables in accordance to the amount you have ordered.

• Before payment, an estimated deadline will be made available to you, either upon request or when I contact you via form submission, which ever comes first.

• Payment must be made before I start the commission.

  • Commissioners will pay upfront up to $300 USD, or pay a 50% downpayment for higher value commissions.

  • Finished work will NOT be sent until full payment is received.

• Payment is done through PayPal.

• Prices are in USD.

• Pricing will vary based on complexity, requirements, and/or additional requests on the commission. Options are listed with the base price.

• Finished work cannot be used for commercial use unless otherwise stated.

• You may use my art for personal, non-profit use as long as I am credited for the work.

• Regardless if it is for commercial use, you agree to not use my art in NFTs (non fungible tokens) or to feed it into artificial intelligence algorithms or machine learning.

• There will be no refunds for cancellation by the commissioner if I have already started work on the commission for personal use.

• If I determine that I cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be made for personal-use commissions.

  • For commercial use: If the client requests, a refund of 50% of project fees may be forfeited if canceled within 2 days before work starts. A partial to full refund may be provided if there is more than 2 days’ notice.

• I reserve the right to turn down any request for any reason.

• I hold the rights to my art, which includes, but not limited to, posting the art on social media and on my portfolio

• I will provide check-ins at the following stages:

  • Rough draft

  • Line art

  • Flat/rough colors

• Any major edit requests to the commission will not be made once line art is completed. Minor edits, such as (but not limited to) color correction, will be granted.

• I can provide additional check-ins upon request at any point during the process of drawing your commission.

Things I will not draw:

• NSFW (excessive gore, explicit adult content, etc.)

• Excessive muscles

• Copied styles

• Animal-based anthropomorphic designs (specific animal features such as tails and ears are exempt!)

• Mechs (You can request robotic prosthetic features and/or similar details!)

When a commission has been decided, I will send you an invoice. Please do not send any payments beforehand! I'm pretty open to drawing things, so if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message me on Twitter or e-mail me!

How to Submit a commission

Please send the following information:

• Commission package details.

  • Ex: “color bust sketch,” “clean waist illustration,” etc.

• Specify if it is for personal or commercial use.

  • Emote package is currently only for commercial use!

• Specify the character (and series they hail from), or “OC”/original character.

• Details of the commission such as, but not limited to: pose, facial expression, outfit, number of characters, etc. Info like this helps a lot and gives me the ability to deliver the best results for you as possible!

  • Visual references are extremely helpful!

• Social media handle (for crediting you as the commissioner!)

• Email for PayPal invoicing.
